We do not “flip” properties. Our developments are long-term investments and more than half of the properties we manage were developed ourselves. Commercial leasing is the third part of our capability integration. Whether leasing to a new or renewing tenant of one of our own properties, or as a third party broker, we strive to match the best location for each tenant based on community input and marketing research.
